Kathy’s nearly twenty seven years of experience in various roles in the insurance industry, in real estate, in the mortgage industry, and in financial services has prepared her to help others. She has been focused on developing wealth strategies that will help individuals, families, and business owners. Kathy teaches clients about a strategy which may create an efficient and effective use of her client’s money. Her goal is to empower clients to help make financial decisions based on economic facts rather than opinions.
Kathy and her husband, Doug, live in Loveland, Colorado. They are blessed with four grown children and one grandson. Traveling, biking, hiking, church involvement, and volunteering are her passions. |

Carolina is a Colorado Native, growing up in Fort Morgan . Carolina spent several years in the medical field before she pursued her education from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Computer Information Systems. After graduating, she spent several years in the GIS industry before pursuing a career in the financial services industry. She is an active member and serves on the board of Greeley Business Women's Network. She has been a member of Girl Scouts for 14 years and serves as the Service Unit Leader for Johnstown/Milliken.
Carolina resides in Milliken with her husband, Stan. They have four wonderful children, Tara , Chad , Charlie & Mailah. They also have three grandchildren; Taylor, Cameron & Tatum Cruz. When not working Carolina enjoys wine tasting, movies, reading and spending time with her family. |
